Bullion knots are made by some threading technique that is results in a raised, highly decorative embellishment. The knot goes by many names including caterpillar stitch, grub stitch, coil stitch, worm stitch, post stitch, also Puerto Rico rose stitch. It has been used throughout navy background to uniforms and weapon embellishment. Much more lately, bullion knots have enriched craft embroidery. Sewing needle Thread Fabric

3 Determine the duration regarding your stitch. Place the needle back through the topside of the fabric with a level 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch aside out of point A. This remains stage B.
